Ingredients:
Crust
7 oz graham crackers
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
Cream:
4 packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
4 eggs
Directions:
For crust:
using a food processor , put the graham crackers to and beat till becomes a
coarse meal. Add sugar and melted butter and mix well. grease the bottom of a
spring form pan and also the sides. Put on the mold and using the back of an
spoon spread evenly and the sides. Put on the fridge.
Pre heat oven 320F
Cream
Beat the cream cheese till, add sugar, vanilla until becomes a smooth
cream, add one egg at a time and beat well. Pour cream over the crust and bake
for 55 minutes.
Let it cool and open the sides of the pan and when is completely cool,
refrigerate it for about 4 hours.
Decorate with Kirsch grutze or any other fruit.
