Ingredients:
2 sticks butter or 1 cup margarine
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups self-rising flour
5 1/2 oz semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
Directions:
Cream the butter and both sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla extract and
beat well until
light and fluffy.
Sift flour and add, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chuncks.
Drop teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven 350F
for 10-12 minutes.
Remove cookies and place on a wire rack to cool.
